How it connects

Xtime on the call
Riley asks Xtime which times are open, then books the one the caller takes. A move books the new time in Xtime and cancels the old one there. A cancel removes the appointment in Xtime.

CDK on the record
Customer, vehicle, and repair-order history comes from CDK. Caller lookup reads it when the phone rings. BDC Customers searches the same records.
