SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern text-message communications sent by or on behalf of DealersThink LLC ("DealersThink") and the dealerships that use our software. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Consent
When you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (such as service-appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. DealersThink and your dealership are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and then stop sending messages. To opt back in, reply START.
Help — reply HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@dealersthink.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is used only to deliver the messaging service you requested and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
A2P 10DLC
Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging from DealersThink is sent over registered 10-digit long-code (10DLC) numbers in compliance with U.S. carrier and CTIA requirements. By opting in you acknowledge these terms and our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
