DealersThink and Toma

Facts verified October 2026. Tell us if anything changed. Last updated October 18, 2026.

Toma integrates with Xtime through a partner invitation code, lists CDK among its supported integrations, and is listed on Xtime’s integrations directory. DealersThink’s difference is certified CDK and Xtime integrations, with Riley booking, moving, and cancelling in Xtime and a human BDC desk in the same product. Facts below are from Toma’s help center and from xtime.com, retrieved October 17, 2026.

What Toma is

Toma’s own help center says Toma integrates with Xtime via an Xtime partner invitation code. The same help center lists Affinitiv, CDK, Dealer-FX, myKaarma, PBS, Tekion, and Xtime among supported integrations. Toma is also listed on Xtime’s integrations directory. As of October 17, 2026, toma.com served an “Applied Research” page, so this page cites the help center rather than the homepage.

Toma’s pages, as retrieved that day, do not state a Spanish offering, a human desk inside the product, or a go-live time. Those cells are left as not stated. We are not filling them in.

Where Toma is strong

Toma is a fit to look at when a store wants a vendor that already documents an Xtime partner invitation code, names CDK on its integrations list, and appears in Xtime’s public directory. A buyer who is collecting directory proof, not only a vendor’s sentence, can open those three links and read them. That public listing is a real difference from a claim that has not been posted on the directory yet.

How DealersThink differs

DealersThink leads with certified CDK and Xtime integrations. Certification was confirmed on October 17, 2026. Riley books, moves, and cancels appointments in Xtime, 24/7, in English and in Spanish at a store that has turned Spanish on. The CDK integration reads customer, vehicle, and repair-order history for caller lookup and for BDC Customers. It does not write the appointment into CDK. The BDC desk is the store’s own staff, in the same product, with a handoff and a Leads to recover queue. Casey answers after-hours and overflow sales calls and works from your vAuto inventory. Wholesale units on the nightly report are not offered. The product is live at a 16-rooftop dealer group. That group’s name is not published here.

We do not claim a Reynolds, Tekion, or Dealertrack integration. We do not claim a scale figure or an award on this page. vAuto is not described as certified. Public Xtime directory and Fortellis Marketplace listings for DealersThink are the subject of the Xtime and CDK pages. A public listing was not something this research could point at on October 17, 2026.

Who should pick which

Pick Toma if the documented Xtime invitation path and the breadth of that integrations list, including names DealersThink does not claim, are what you need to see before a demo. Pick DealersThink if you want certified CDK and Xtime integrations, Riley writing the service appointment in Xtime, CDK history on caller lookup and BDC Customers, and your own coordinators on the desk in the same product. A store can reasonably talk to both. The sources are linked above so the conversation can start from the pages, not from our summary.

FAQ

Does it book directly into Xtime, or just take a message?

Riley books, moves, and cancels appointments in Xtime through a certified Xtime integration. The appointment is written in Xtime. It is not left as a message for someone to type in later.

Does it work with CDK?

Yes. DealersThink has a certified CDK integration. It reads customer, vehicle, and repair-order history from CDK. When a service call comes in, caller lookup uses that history to show who is calling, which vehicles are on those repair orders, and what was done. BDC Customers searches the same history by name, phone, or vehicle. Riley books the appointment in Xtime. The CDK read does not write the appointment into CDK.

Are your integrations certified?

Yes. DealersThink has certified CDK and Xtime integrations. That certification was confirmed on October 17, 2026. The integration pages describe each one.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on rooftops and products. Book a demo. This page does not list a price.
