DealersThink and Stella
Facts verified October 2026. Tell us if anything changed. Last updated October 18, 2026.
Stella Automotive offers agents for reception, sales, service, outbound, recall, and more, and its site says “Certified integrations.” AutoSuccess reported a read-write Xtime integration on January 2, 2024. DealersThink’s certified Xtime integration is how Riley books, moves, and cancels. The two “certified” sentences are not the same sentence.
What Stella is
Stella’s site describes agents for reception, sales, service, outbound, recall, and more, and it claims “Certified integrations.” AutoSuccess reported on January 2, 2024 that Stella had announced a read-write Xtime integration.

A CDK integration, Spanish, and a human desk included in the product are not stated on those two sources. “Certified integrations,” without a named system, is not recorded here as a CDK certification. The Xtime fact we will stand on is the January 2, 2024 announcement, linked above.
Where Stella is strong
Stella is a fit when you want one vendor’s agents across reception, sales, service, outbound, and recall, and when a published Xtime announcement from 2024 is part of the file you are building. A store that wants recall outreach named as its own agent will see that on Stella’s list. DealersThink does not sell a recall agent on this page.
How DealersThink differs
DealersThink leads with certified CDK and Xtime integrations. Certification was confirmed on October 17, 2026. Riley books, moves, and cancels appointments in Xtime, 24/7, in English and in Spanish at a store that has turned Spanish on. The CDK integration reads customer, vehicle, and repair-order history for caller lookup and for BDC Customers. It does not write the appointment into CDK. The BDC desk is the store’s own staff, in the same product, with a handoff and a Leads to recover queue. Casey answers after-hours and overflow sales calls and works from your vAuto inventory. Wholesale units on the nightly report are not offered. The product is live at a 16-rooftop dealer group. That group’s name is not published here.
We do not claim a Reynolds, Tekion, or Dealertrack integration. We do not claim a scale figure or an award on this page. vAuto is not described as certified. Public Xtime directory and Fortellis Marketplace listings for DealersThink are the subject of the Xtime and CDK pages. A public listing was not something this research could point at on October 17, 2026.
Who should pick which
Talk to Stella if the breadth of those agents is the purchase. Talk to DealersThink if you want the certification sentence to name CDK and Xtime, confirmed October 17, 2026, with Riley booking, moving, and cancelling live in Xtime and your own desk beside her. A recall, a diagnostic, or an op code Xtime will not take is a handoff on our side, not a separate product line we are claiming here.

FAQ
Does it book directly into Xtime, or just take a message?
Riley books, moves, and cancels appointments in Xtime through a certified Xtime integration. The appointment is written in Xtime. It is not left as a message for someone to type in later.
Are your integrations certified?
Yes. DealersThink has certified CDK and Xtime integrations. That certification was confirmed on October 17, 2026. The integration pages describe each one.
What happens when Riley cannot book a request, such as the wrong op code, a recall, or a diagnostic?
Riley books the services the store’s Xtime menu can accept. A recall, a diagnostic, or an op code the scheduler will not take is not told to the caller as a booked appointment. Riley hands the call to a person on the BDC desk, or takes a number so a coordinator can call back and confirm.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on rooftops and products. Book a demo. This page does not list a price.
